Goal
A tutorial aims at giving attendees the possibility to get in depth information on a given topic. Tutorials may address one or more tracks, but they should be organised under a unified theme.
Proposal
The proposal for a tutorial should follow the template, available at the conference here. The proposal should be submitted via link.

Structure
The structure of a Tutorial is not fixed, and proposers may design it as they think best. Proposers are responsible for defining the full contents of the tutorial.
Schedule and format
Tutorials will be held fully virtually. The presentations are pre-recorded can be viewed on demand during the conference week. The tutors are expected to answer questions in a chat in a non-real-time manner.
Duration
All tutorials are half-day and may extend flexibly for 2.5–3.5 hours due to the virtual format.
Public information
The following information will be made public:
- Tutors’ names, affiliations and biographies
- Tutorial title
- Motivation and context
- Structure and content
- Duration
- Key bibliography
- Level/pre-requisites
Evaluation
The following criteria will be taken into consideration for the evaluation and ranking of Panels’ proposals:
- Relevance
- Timeliness
- Technical Content
- Prerequisites
- Overall Recommendation.
Tutorials Co-Chairs will conduct the evaluation.
Cancellation
A tutorial may be cancelled if there are not enough registrations by August 10th.
Registration
Honorarium
Tutors are offered an honorarium of 1000 euros per the tutorial. In the case of multiple speakers per one tutorial, the sum can be shared among the speakers upon their mutual agreement.
