Registration includes: Access to all IEEE PIMRC 2021 sessions including: Workshops; Tutorials; Panels and Special Sessions. We will conduct our program with a variety of live programming elements and pre-recorded videos.
If you are a student and presenting a paper, we ask you to please register in the Presenting Author category. As per IEEE ComSoc Policy; to be published in the IEEE PIMRC 2021 Conference Proceedings and to be eligible for publication in IEEE Xplore®, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the Presenting Author rate and the paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the conference. Non-refundable registration fees MUST be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication-ready version of the paper. For authors with multiple accepted papers, one registration is valid for up to 3 conference papers. Accepted and presented papers will be submitted to IEEE Xplore®.
Each paper must be presented, via a pre-recorded presentation during the conference date. If a pre-recorded presentation is not submitted by a given deadline, then that paper will be considered a “no-show”. During the conference, at least one author from each paper must be ready to answer any questions from the virtual audience.
A paper not presented will be removed from the final conference proceedings before uploading to IEEE Xplore®. No refund will be made to the authors of these papers.
Additional Page Fee
Each additional page (over 6) of the final paper submission will incur an additional page fee of $100, this should be paid upon author registration.
